All pieces sourced through Dialed By H are shipped via insured, secure courier services. Coverage limits and carrier terms vary by shipment and will be communicated prior to dispatch. Dialed By H is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the piece transfers to the recipient.
